ShopDetour ships via UPS. Once we have prepared your order for shipping you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship from our store. Orders received after 2PM CST, weekends, and/or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays to most addresses. Orders placed after 2PM Friday will be shipped AT THE EARLIEST on Monday.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

If your order is approved for international shipping, we will process and send your order via the US Postal Service, Priority Mail.
Because of relationships with some of our brands, we are not able to ship all of our products international. Please look for emails from ShopDetour regarding your order, in the case your order is not approved.
