Return & Exchange Policy

Items will be accepted for returns within 14 days of delivery by UPS.

NON-SALE items:

ShopDetour will accept NON-SALE items for return or exchange provided they are UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, with ALL tags attached, and in perfect condition*.

SALE items:

ShopDetour will accept SALE items for return for store credit or exchange provided they are UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, with ALL tags attached, and in perfect condition*.

We do not issue refunds on sale items. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

We do not refund shipping & handling charges.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, ShopDetour reserves the right to deem merchandise unacceptable for return credit, if the shipment and/or merchandise to not meet out return requirements. If your shipment/merchandise returned is deemed unacceptable for return, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Reasons why a return would be deemed unacceptable include, but are not limited to: items that are stained, visibly worn, altered/damaged, tags removed, returned past 14 day return window.

*Perfect condition is at the discretion of ShopDetour staff.

Please contact us at orders {at} shopdetour.com for a pre-paid label for your return and/or exchange (for those delivered in the continental 48 states).

At this time, all other destinations will have to return items on your own dime. Sorry 'bout that, but good news is we're picking up the tab to get your item to you!

We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. For this reason, we highly recommend you insure your package. Insuring your package will provide you with recourse should it get lost in transit. Please retain tracking information from the carrier used to ship your package.

We will not accept any packages COD (cash/check on delivery).

We can not accept merchandise for return in our physical stores.

NON-SALE ITEMS:

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email to the (billing) email address listed on your account confirming the credit to your account. You will be credited the merchandise total and any taxes charged. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.

SALE ITEMS:

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email to the (billing) email address listed on your account containing the code for your store credit. Your credit will include the merchandise total and any taxes charged. Shipping and handling charges will not be included in your store credit amount. Please save this email.

EXCHANGES:

An exchange will be shipped to customers free of charge by UPS ground service. If any additional returns/exchanges are needed, they will be shipped at our posted rates. We can not accept merchandise for exchange in our physical stores.
