Nudie Jeans founder/designer Maria Erixon Levin chooses countries like Italy and Portugal to produce Nudie Jeans because she says they have "eight hour work days, scheduled breaks, health insurance, vacation, etc." She is a fierce proponent of human rights and protecting the environment. With Nudie Jeans she constantly supports Amnesty International. We wish we were that awesome.
